1)      Different:

a.      We are a group of 15 full time real estate agents that specialize in real estate from Destin to Rosemary Beach. We have grown by at least 25% (income) each year for the past three years (down market) and have expanded our office twice in this time frame.  In a down market, I have built a business and currently rank in the top two percent of all real estate professionals in this area, with my business  growing each year. Our office averages more transactions per agent than any other office in this area. The objective is not to be the largest, but to be the best in this business in terms of knowledge and service to our clients.

2)      Better:

a.      Our business model is unique and different to this industry. I spend 100% of my time either listing property or representing buyers. We subscribe to a specialists business model vs. a generalists, as there are far too many components in this industry to be successful for one person to do it all. My team consists of the following specialists:

i.     Listing and Showing coordinator- Melanie – schedules all the tasks responsible for introducing a property to the market

  • Schedules photo shoot by a professional photographer
  • Putts the property in MLS
  • Verify information
  • Schedule showings
  • Obtain feedback from showings
  • If property requires sign and/or lockbox, coordinates installation
  • Creates video for our Youtube Channel

ii.     Marketing Assistant – Michael – function is to promote listings on every distribution channel we utilize to best promote a property to create awareness.

iii.     Closing coordinator-Angie – Sole responsibility is to take a contract from point of execution to a successful close ensuring that every contractual obligation is met to the satisfaction of our clients.

iv.     Me – I am the numbers, contract, negotiations, and the coordinator of the above to drive the entire process.

3)      Special:

a.      My mission statement is pretty simple. It is not my goal to be the biggest or largest agent in this town, but to offer everyone that engages in a business relationship with me the best opportunity to sell/buy a property at the best possible price the market will bear at this time. My goal is to not just meet expectations, but to constantly strive to exceed them and I do that by all of the above.
