Living in paradise and doing what I love to do…helping individuals buy and sell real estate along one of the most gorgeous coastal towns in the Florida Panhandle – Destin, Florida. I specialize in Gulf Front and Gulf View Homes and Condominiums, as well as resort properties from Destin to Rosemary Beach, including the coastal towns of Sandestin Beach Resort, Watercolor, Watersound, Seaside, Grayton Beach, Blue Mountain Beach, Santa Rosa Beach, Seagrove Beach, Alys Beach, Seacrest Beach and Rosemary Beach.

It all began when I started buying and selling properties in Atlanta, GA. From, small to large, ugly to cheap, I entertained minor and major rehabs, flipping properties, selling on lease/options or owner financing, and buying short sales and foreclosures. So needless to say, I am seasoned in a variety of real estate transactions.

I am happy to be living in paradise, known as the Emerald Coast, and love being a Realtor here. I feel I bring to this area an expertise that many cannot and this is an advantage for my clients. Because I have experienced the client’s prospective, many times I am able to approach every transaction, from listing a condo to selling a castle on the beach, with insight that few can avail to their clients.
