December 17th is the Baytowne Holiday Lantern Parade.  The details are not  available but suggest you go to Sandestin Special Events Calendar.

Ring in the New Year at Baytowne NYE Countdown.  They have not posted the particulars yet, but give the same website as the Lantern Parade to go to for details.

And just because the water may be cool and there may be a nip to the air, don’t forget to visit the beaches of South Walton along 30A and delight in the clean, fresh , salty air and the sparkling white sand that glistens just like snow.  I wonder if Santa parks his sled on the snow like white sand.  We will have to ask Rudolph sometime!
